We use information you provide to respond to your enquiry, help with property searches and viewing coordination, provide rental-related guidance, connect requested home services, continue your rental journey and communicate with you about the request you initiated.

AI Concierge

Messages submitted to the AI Rental Concierge are processed to generate a response and organise relevant next steps. Please do not enter passwords, bank login details, full payment-card details or other information that is not necessary for your rental enquiry.

Sharing

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary to fulfil a service you request, for example to coordinate a property viewing or connect a requested service provider. Where estate agency work is involved, the applicable agency and regulatory requirements apply. We do not describe a provider as guaranteed merely because it appears on SGRentalBros.

Browser storage

The current website may use browser storage to retain recent Concierge conversation context and enquiry information on your device. Clearing your browser's site data may remove this locally stored information.

Your choices

You may ask about the personal data held in connection with your enquiry, request a correction where applicable, or withdraw consent for future use where applicable by contacting Wang JC through the contact details on this website. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue a requested service.
